Below are the answers to some of our most asked questions!
We aren't finding out the gender, what can I do to get pages for showers?
We love the added surprise of not finding out genders! Please go ahead a purchase any memory book and select the early shipping for pages at check out. We will ship the pages out to you and then after your baby arrives, simply email us with the details for your book and we will get the outside made for you! It's that EASY!
Can I rush my book? And if so, when can I expect it?
We happily accept rush orders, however sometimes we are not able to do them. Rush Options MUST be approved before your order is placed. Please email us for the fastest response at apcreations.tusc@gmail.com. Standard and Rush Production times DO NOT include shipping times. Priority Shipping is included (1-3 days depending on your location). Minimum production/packaging time on ALL products is 1 week.
- Standard Production: 3-4 Weeks
- Early Shipping for Pages: We will ship the ENTIRE set of pages out within 7 Business Days
- 2 Week Production Rush: Book will ship within 14 Business Days from when proof is APPROVED.
- 1 Week Production Rush: Book will ship within 7 Business Days from when proof is APPROVED
Please note Business Days are Monday-Friday and Holidays are NOT included
Oh No, I have a shower and need my pages... what can I do?
Follow the same process as above! Simply order your book and on the order form select "early shipping for pages". We will send your pages out within 7 business days!
How do I know what the monogram is going to look like?
With your purchase, you will receive up to three(3) monogram proofs. Simply select the 3 fonts you would like to see in your options and we will email the proofs over within 72 business hours. If you have not received your proof within that time frame, please check your spam folder first, then email us.
